Marks Paneth LLP, the largest US member of international association Morison International (MI) since January 2012, is delighted to announce that it has significantly expanded its international reach following the merger of MI with another leading association, KS International (KSi), to form Morison KSi.

Marks Paneth will have an even-greater geographical reach, with 375 Morison KSi offices in 88 countries and immediate access to an increased pool of international specialists to service clients’ increasing international needs.

“Morison KSi represents an important leap forward in the association’s global stature and reflects the ambitious, innovative and professional qualities of its combined membership.  This merger provides us with a stronger offering of international services, skills and experiences that enhance our ability to meet our clients’ increasingly sophisticated business needs in the global economy,” said Steven L. Henning, Partner-in-Charge, Advisory, Marks Paneth.

“Member firms are extremely excited about this significant development. The improved skills and experience which are now available to them will help them further service their clients’ international needs - a truly effective alternative to the big four and other international groups,” said Mark Levenfus, Chairman of Morison KSi and Managing Partner Emeritus, Marks Paneth.

Both associations are well known for their focus on high quality members, with vast experience in dealing with cross-border assignments.  The merger, effective January 1, 2016, will create a US$1 billion strong international association.
