Sills Cummis & Gross was awarded the Web Marketing Association's 2012 Web Award for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development for its newly launched website (

Boris I. Mankovetskiy, a member of the Bankruptcy, Financial Reorganization and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, has been selected for inclusion in the “New Leaders of the Bar” listing published by the New Jersey Law Journal. Fifty lawyers are featured in this list and described as “emblematic of the next wave of leadership of the New Jersey bar, based on their achievements so far in their careers.”  

Mr. Mankovetskiy represents secured creditors, banks, insurance companies and investment funds in New Jersey and a variety of jurisdictions across the United States.  He has been involved in many complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases in a number of industries including telecommunications, real estate, retail, health care, manufacturing, supermarkets, securities, transportation and construction. In addition to Mr. Mankovetskiy’s bankruptcy experience, he represents secured creditors in workout transactions and significant commercial litigation in federal and state courts.
