Top Litigator Rejoins Weil's Patent Litigation Practice In Houston

Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP has announced that Garland T. Stephens has rejoined the firm as partner in its Patent Litigation practice in Houston. Mr. Stephens is widely known for his top-notch trial work on patent and trade secret cases in the technology sector.

Mr. Stephens represents clients across the electronics and computer industries. He joins Weil from Fish & Richardson, where he was managing principal in the Houston office. Prior to his term at Fish & Richardson, Mr. Stephens was a partner at Weil from 2002 to 2008.

Weil Gotshal has announced a substantial expansion in its Hong Kong office, following continued growth in its private equity and M&A practices. Weil is moving to new premises in Alexandra House in Hong Kong’s Central business district.
