Sills Cummis & Gross Expands Employment and Labor Practice Group With New Chair

Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. has announced that David I. Rosen, formerly of Littler Mendelson, joined the Firm and will be heading up the Employment and Labor Practice Group.He has practiced employment and labor law on behalf of management clients since 1977.

Mr. Rosen handles employment litigation in the federal and state courts, before administrative agencies and through arbitration and mediation.He also provides day-to-day advice and counsel on federal and state labor and employment laws, prepares and reviews employee handbooks and personnel policies, negotiates and drafts employment contracts and employee separation agreements, counsels employers on limiting their exposure to legal claims and counsels companies on staff reorganizations and reductions-in-force.

Mr. Rosen received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Tufts University in 1974.He received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1977, where he was a member of both the National Moot Court Team and the Senator Robert F. Wagner, Sr. National Labor Law Moot Court Team.
