Sills Attorney Named To Adjunct Faculty At NYU

Corporate attorney Anthony R. Caruso, resident in the firm's Princeton office, has been named to the adjunct faculty at New York University.Mr. Caruso will be teaching business transactions courses, in addition to maintaining his law practice, which includes the representation of companies and individual clients in the areas of business law, sports law and entertainment law.He is a resident of Monmouth County, New Jersey.

Students 2 Science is a non-profit organization designed to inspire, motivate, and educate students to pursue career opportunities in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math.The goal is to set up technical learning centers throughout New Jersey for the more than 300,000 middle school students in the state.

Mr. Crane is a corporate attorney and has been involved in equity and debt financings and energy projects aggregating in excess of one billion dollars.He has published in the areas of corporate compliance, executive compensation, and corporate financing.
