WolfBlock Partner Receives 2009 Martin Luther King, Jr. Social Justice Award

WolfBlock partner Harvey C. Johnson was selected as the recipient of the 2009 Martin Luther King, Jr. Champion of Social Justice Award by The Black Law Students' Association of Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey.

In celebration of the life and spirit of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the Black Law Students Association honors individuals who, in their personal or professional lives, have furthered the legacy of Dr. King through contributions to their community.

Mr. Johnson's efforts and contributions were awarded at the 13th annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Champion of Social Justice banquet at the Collingswood Grand Ballroom in Cherry Hill, New Jersey in February.

Mr. Johnson is a partner in WolfBlock's Litigation, Government Law and Real Estate Practice Groups.

Christopher S. Finnerty, resident in WolfBlock's Boston office, has been elected as a partner of the firm effective February 1, 2009.

Mr. Finnerty is a member of the firm's Corporate/Securities and Intellectual Property/Information Technology Practice Groups. He concentrates his practice in the design and implementation of distribution structures with resale price maintenance strategies for companies with annual sales ranging from $10 million to $5 billion.
