Kelley Drye Appoints Special India Counsel

Kelley Drye & Warren LLP has announced that Maneck N. Mulla has been appointed special India counsel to the firm. Mr. Mulla is resident at Wakhariya & Wakhariya, the firm's affiliate based in Mumbai. He has extensive experience in the laws of India, including with respect to real estate, corporate and commercial transactions, IPOs and commercial litigation.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Mulla was a partner at Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe. The firm was founded in 1895 by Mr. Mulla's great-grandfather, Mr. Rustomji Mulla, and his brother, Sir Dinshah Mulla. Mr. Maneck Mulla was the fourth generation in his family to be a partner at the firm.
