The New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel invites members and guests to the annual Ethics Marathon.

In this invaluable presentation, Professor Stephen Gillers, nationally renowned Professor of Law at New York University, and an expert in ethics and the regulation of the legal profession, will explore five current topics relevant to in-house counsel.  Click here for program agenda.

Professor Gillers, the author of a widely used law school casebook on the regulation of lawyers and ethics and who is often quoted on legal ethics in legal and popular media, will address topics ranging from the duty to correct an opponent’s error in a draft documents, to a lawyers obligations when faced with a client who has lied during a negotiation. Following the presentation and Q &A, there will be a panel discussion on Attorney–Client Privilege in the International setting.
