Many provisions of the Affordable Care Act - ACA - will take effect in January 2014. Fordham Law's half-day conference will address the legal and business questions raised by these provisions of the ACA. These questions involve multiple federal agencies and state government, and they affect important insurance, tax, and employment issues for many businesses.

Key topics are the tax implications of ACA; what the ACA means for corporate employerss; and what  the provider side can expect from ACA.
