Topics include the following: Mock Hearing Demonstration - Marriage fraud by sponsor resulting in initiation of de-naturalization of sponsor; Compliance and Workforce Enforcement; Advanced Issues in Family Law, H1B’s, Temporary Non-Immigrant Visas, Employment-Based Immigrant Visas, and Inadmissibility and Waivers; Law Office Management and Social Media Ethics in Immigration; and Naturalization and Citizenship. Speakers will be available for questions directly following their presentation in designated areas outside the main ballroom.

Arrive a day early to attend Immigration 101. A separate registration is required.
