Compliance and ethics represent one of the fastest growing professions. The Basic Compliance program is a three-and-a-half-day intensive training program with an optional CCEP exam on the last day.

The Academy addresses methods for implementing and managing compliance programs based on the Seven Elements Approach. It is designed for participants with a general knowledge of compliance concepts and those that work in compliance. Topics include Creating and Reviewing Compliance Policies and Procedures; Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment; Legal Issues, Risk Factors and Disclosure Issues; Regulatory Updates; and Effectiveness and Evaluation of Compliance Programs.
