The State Bar of California Intellectual Property and International Law Sections present four panels on intellectual property in Sub-Saharan Africa. This program was put together at specific request from in-house counsel members of the Intellectual Property Section.  It is a first- ever program with leading practitioners from sub-Saharan Africa that will present overviews of African IP systems and practical advice on what practitioners and companies need to know about this diverse and important part of the global economy.
