The Pennsylvania Bar Institute is offering a two-day Employment Law Institute West. The Institute will be on Wednesday and Thursday, November 16 and 17. It will be at the Marriott City Center, 112 Washington place in Pittsburgh. The daily agenda is 8:30 a.m. until 4:20 p.m.

The employment law institute is for practitioners that handle or may handle workplace issues. Whether representing employers or employees, in-house counsel or a human resource professional, this seminar offers critical information practitioners need to be up to speed on everything that is new in employment law.

Topics include What’s New in Employment Law – a Tour of the Year’s Highlights; Associational Discrimination a Growing Trend; The Evolving Law of Privacy in the Workplace; and New Developments at the NLRB.
