IP Briefing Reaches More Than 200 Desktops

On February 7, the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association reached more than 200 lawyers with its inaugural desktop briefing. The briefing was moderated by David Boyko, at right, legal director, Schering-Plough Corporation, who co-chairs NJCCA's Intellectual Property Committee. He collaborated with Mark Kesslen, left, partner, Lowenstein Sandler, who updated participants via conference call on the impact of the Supreme Court's recent ruling in MedImmune v. Genentech on patent licenses.
