Drafting Commercial Real Estate Documents

Massachusetts CLE this month is offering a CLE seminar titled Negotiating and Drafting Commercial Real Estate Agreements.

The program will take place on Wednesday, January 10 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.

Speakers will discuss: the key components of acquisition documents; buyer-driven and seller-driven caveats that you need to be aware of at each stage of the transaction; proven methods for integrating the transaction documents into the closing process; environmental and zoning problems and how to manage them effectively, and loan document provisions - finding the points upon which negotiation can be based.

The program chair is Daniel J. Osoff, Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster. Among the speakers are Peter Friedenberg, Sherin and Lodgen LLP, and Suanne C. St. Charles, McCarter &English LLP.
