PLI To Offer Annual Employment Law Seminar

Practising Law Institute (PLI) will present its 35th Annual Institute on Employment Law this month as both a live program at the PLI New York Center on October 12-13, and via Live Webcast on October 30-31.

Sessions at the live presentation will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

Program chairs Reginald C. Govan, of Freddie Mac, and Michael Delikat, of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, will lead the faculty of practitioners from both private practice and the government.

Among the speakers are Willis J. Goldsmith, Jones Day; Jeffrey S. Klein and Amy M. Rubin, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and Bettina B. Plevan, Proskauer Rose LLP

Attendees will receive the two-volume course handbook at no charge, prepared specifically for this program, containing analysis and guidance on recent developments.
