OSBA Seminar To Offer AdviceOn How To Manage Stress Effectively

To help attorneys manage stress more effectively, the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) this month is offering a CLE seminar titled Stress Management for Lawyers in three locations.

The presentations will take place on Tuesday, December 7 at the OSBA offices, 1700 Lake Shore Drive, Columbus, OH; on Tuesday, December 14 at the Forum Conference Center, East 9th and St. Clair streets, Cleveland, and on Tuesday, December 21 at the Holiday Inn I-275 North, Cincinnati. Sessions run from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., with registration beginning at 8 a.m.

The seminar will outline several stress management techniques that help prevent and treat the ethical and substance abuse problems that are caused by high levels of stress.

The featured speaker will be Mark R. Siwik, a lawyer and member of The Vorkell Group, a consulting firm that specializes in working with the legal and medical professions and the publisher of the widely acclaimed work, Stress Management for Lawyers.
