The Somerville, NJ firm of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. hosted a CLE seminar titled Protect Your Company's Assets Through Confidentiality, Non-Compete & Employee Invention Agreements on March 2 at the Raritan Valley Country Club in Bridgewater, NJ. Firm partners Patrick T. Collins, M. Karen Thompson and John N. Vanarthos were scheduled as presenters.

Over the years, Norris McLaughlin has counseled its clients on the importance of protecting their assets by drafting, negotiating and enforcing legal contracts between the employer and employee.This seminar, designed for HR professionals, company executives, business owners, in-house counsel and R&D professionals, addressed the proper use and enforceability of these types of agreements.
