This program will include a review of the 2010 term and a preview of the 2011 term, with a special emphasis on cases that affect corporate America. Finally, this presentation will discuss key business cases recently decided by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
