DRI Seminar To Focus on Healthcare, Disability And ERISA

Join the Voice of the Defense Bar for a three-day seminar examining the issues in ERISA, healthcare and disability claims at the Swissôtel, 323 East Wacker Drive in downtown Chicago.

The program begins on Wednesday, April 28 and ends on Friday, April 30.

Wednesday's sessions will begin at 1:00 p.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. to be followed by a networking reception.Thursday's sessions run from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and Friday's sessions will begin at 8:00 a.m. and wrap up at 1:15 p.m.

The presentations will offer practical guidance for legal and insurance claims professionals. Participants will learn the most current facts and issues surrounding healthcare reform, trends affecting removal and federal preemption, and the latest strategies for dealing with complex ERISA issues.
