Insurance Law Explored In San Antonio Seminar

The University Of Texas School Of Law has planned its 14th Annual Insurance Law Institute for Thursday and Friday, October 15 & 16, at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio.

The seminar will run from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday and from 8:30 a.m. until 3:45 p.m. on Friday.

Among the topics to be explored are When the Policyholder Goes Belly Up, a panel discussion with R. Glen Ayers Jr., Langley & Banack, Inc., J. Mark Lawless, Nickens Keeton Lawless Farrell & Flack LLP,and Brian Scott Martin Jr., Haynes and Boone LLP;D&O Directors and Officers Coverage in a Time of Economic Crisis with Ernest Martin Jr., Haynes and Boone, LLP; and Advanced Business Interruption and Time Element Coverages with Thomas H. Cook Jr. of Zelle Hofmann Voelbel & Mason LLP and Vincent E. Morgan of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.

Thursday's luncheon presentation, titled Thieves in the Night: London Market Solvent Schemes of Arrangement will be presented by D. Christopher Heckman of Exxon Mobil.
