MCLE has scheduled a very timely program, Advising on and Litigating Fiduciary Duties of Officers and Directors in Troubled Times: Navigating the Business Judgment Rule During the Financial Crisis.It will take place in the Upper Level Seminar Room of MCLE at 10 Winter Place, Boston, on Monday, June 15 from 1 to 5 p.m.
